Gorgeous Rare 1948 Singer 128 Sewing Machine Centennial Badge MR Decal Collector. This is a gorgeous 1948 Singer sewing machine model 128 with the Celtic Swirl decal pattern.

The serial number for this machine is JC351142. Decal underneath the badge and on the arm of the machine. Singer, rightfully proud of its company history, celebrated its centenary in 1951 by giving all machines commissioned for that year a special commemorative badge. The other unique feature that this machine has is the not-often-seen M.

Decal under the badge and on the arm. This machine was cast in Scotland, assembled in Canada with a St. John's Quebec marked motor.

A rare combination and a an excellent mainstay for any collection. We threaded the machine up and tested its sewing ability, and wow! It is smooth fast and powerful!

This machine runs great and t. He straight stitches this machine produced are wonderful! We sewed the stitches as seen in our photos. The bobbin winder works great. The tension and stitch length knob were easy to adjust and operate correctly.

The light works perfectly and the motor runs extremely well. This machine is in amazing vintage condition, and is absolutely stunning! The black enamel is shiny and bold, and in great vintage condition with minor wear to the bed as seen in photos. The decals are mostly intact, holding their beautiful gold colour. All nickel plated parts have been cleaned and polished to shine! Just look at that beautiful front and side plate! Everything is as seen in our photos.
