Rare 1943 Singer 45K25 Cylinder Arm Industrial Leather work machine

A very sought after industrial sewing machine. The Singer 45K25 manufactured in 1943 at the Singer Kilbowie, Clydebank factory Scotland, Great Britain. This machine was manufactured in WWII and was probably used in the war time effort. The machine is complete and in working order. It may just needs straight forward servicing.

Superb Quality sewing machine for leather goods and other medium to heavy materials. Apart from being suitable for heavy and extra heavy work it is the cylinder arm which gives it more versatility for work involving long and cumbersome items. Suitable for medium and heavy materials; canvas, webbing straps used in boat lifting and manufacturing industries to support a few tons of weight, saddles, harnesses, leather, vinyl, synthetics, etc, particularly useful in shoe making, slippers, saddles, bags, golf bags, upholstery, horse rugs, bouncy castles, belts, wallets, boat covers, awnings, car trimming, sails, tents etc.
