In amazing condition for her age, she's a real eye-catcher. Hand crank operated (this crank can be removed if you want to add a motor at a later time). These Singer 99 machines are lighter in weight than their larger counterparts - they are 3/4 of the size of the Singer 66.Serial Number Y9824960, made in 1935. A heavy duty machine, great for denim and leather, but also great for lightweight dressmaking materials. We are including a printed copy of the 99k manual that includes the hand crank option (This is a later manual, so it shows a numbered tension dial and stitch regulator, although this machine doesn't have numbers on them, which seem to be the only differences besides the motor and light).
