Vintage 1938 Singer 221 Featherweight sewing machine & attachments collection
Vintage 1938 Singer 221 Featherweight sewing machine + attachments collection. Serial number is AE983651, it is a 1938 model with a commission date of May 24th to October 9th, 1938. This is in nice condition that shows very little use to it, minor scuffing but overall very nice. Includes an empty Singer household oil can, Singer button patterns for automatic zigzagger set no. 3, Singer buttonhole attachment, non-original printed instructions, some bobbins with thread and a long reach power cord BUT I do not have the foot pedal controller to include with this. The power cord looks dangerous to use with exposed wiring in the plug end, it's 80 years old and I do not recommend plugging it into the wall. It has not been tested because there is no foot controller.
NO FOOT CONTROLLER IS INCLUDED. The belt needs to be replaced. We will assume it needs to be serviced and is therefore not ready to use out of the box. The box is in good condition, it smells old but not too bad, not moldy.
I do not have the key to include with the box. So no key and no foot controller. If you do not see it in the pictures, it is not included.
